We can't wait to give it a go and start cooking and flipping our own pancakes - who says we have to wait until Tuesday? It's time for a lockdown pancake party to help us bring some smiles to our everyday. We love covering our pancakes in delicious sweet treats like strawberries, bananas and chocolate. Ricesweet is ready with the fruit toppings - let's go! Thank you to our Noo-fam friends Iwona and her sweet daughter Emily for creating this special recipe for us! Have a look at their Instagram page to get lots more yummy recipe inspiration! To make these tasty pancakes just follow the recipe below.

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1/4 glass of water (preferably carbonated)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 spoon of sugar

How to make:

1. Pour the flour into a bowl, add eggs, milk, water, sugar and salt

2. Mix into a smooth dough

3. Add melted butter or vegetable oil and mix together

4. Fry pancakes on a well-heated pan with a thin bottom, turning over (or performing a show-stopping flip) to ensure both sides are equally cooked.
