Who are the Ricemonsters?
Ricemonsters are the residents of Ricetown. Each adorable character has their own name, personalities and special habitat. Get to know all of them HERE.
Are Ricemonsters made of Rice?
Contrary to popular belief, Noodoll toys are not filled with rice but with fluffy polyester fibres that comply with British safety standards, which makes it so soft and cuddly!
Where are Noodoll products made?
Noodoll products are made in Taiwan, China and the UK. Our founder Yiying is from Taiwan and she loves to support both manufacturing in the UK and in her hometown. All Noodoll products are responsibly created and manufactured.

Noodoll is for anyone and everyone. Bridging the gap between design and playfulness Noodolls make great new friends for tiny tots or fun collectables for stylish grown ups.
Are your products safe for babies and children?
Our soft toys are CE & EN71 (EU) and ASTM-963 (USA) certified, making them safe and suitable from birth.
Is it safe to shop with you online?
Yes! Your details are SSL encrypted during the shopping checkout process (that’s geek speak meaning they’re in safe hands).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit and debit cards via Stripe. You can also pay via Paypal. We do not take credit card payment over the telephone.
Can I receive my order sooner?
Yes you can! Select express shipping at check out and receive your orders sooner. For more shipping info, click HERE. Unfortunately, there are currently no express shipping options for the EU.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper, boxed then sealed with our cute Noodoll paper tape. We have worked hard to make are packaging plastic free and minimise materials. Gift Messages are completely free! Simply add a message at the check out.
Can I wash my toys or cushions?
Yes you can! Before washing remove any tags from the toy, music box from the music mobiles and the wooden ring from the rattles. Then machine wash your little monster on a cold wash and air dry. For long hair Ricemonsters, brush them once in a while.
