Go to www.earthday.org to find out how you can help to save the planet from plastic polution. We have created a recycling activity for kids to learn what they can do to reduce, reuse and recycle in everyday life and make a difference in their future!

Download the template here and follow the easy instructions below to create your recycling activity. The aim of the game is to match each card with the right action (REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE). It is a fun way to learn how to make a difference!

Step 1: Print the free templates (tip: you can print on the other side of a paper that has already been used), a pair of scissors and coloured pencils.

Step 2: Cut out all the squares on the template to make cards.

Step 3: Now, you can colour each card with colours you like; the brighter, the better!

Step 4: To create your envelope and playing board, print the second template and cut out the heart shape.

Step 5: Fold the two side edges of the heart towards the middle, then the top and bottom in.

Step 6: You will have a little envelop to slip your cards into!

Solution:

REDUCE:  carry your own shopping bag / walk & ride a bike instead driving /  turn the water off when brushing your teeth

REUSE: Use refilable water bottles /  use the back side of paper / reuse materials for crafts / exchange  books / giveaway old clothes

RECYCLE: Recycle plastic / Recycle soda cans cans / Recycle compost

We hope that you enjoyed making and playig with this Recycling activity. We love to see your take on our DIY projects, so please share them with us by tagging your images #noodoll on Instagram or Facebook!
