Why do you do it?

We're on a  mission to transform the way we all see second-hand. Let's be real, it can be just as good as new - sometimes even better!

Plus, we're creating a happier, greener planet by cutting down on water and building longer friendships. It’s all part of our sustainability project: Friends for Life.

How do you do it?

Noodoll plushies come to us in exchange for membership to our exclusive Pre-loved Club (which gives tons of perks, discounts and freebies).

We give them a good deep clean and our Designer Kezia works her magic, creating a brand new totally unique look for each one.

Why aren't they cheaper?

The million-dollar question! Well, these cuties take a lot of time and effort to create - 3-4 hours per design, minimum. And that's before we factor in postage, deep cleaning, materials etc.

You know what? We don't actually make any profit. We do it because we love seeing our plushies find new homes and friendships. It's our passion project, through and through.

When do you launch?

We try to drop at least two collections per year, but it all depends on how many donations we get.

Can I buy the plasters?

The (other) million-dollar question! Our signature embroidered felt plasters are totally custom-made and change with each new collection. From summer picnics to trick-or-treating, the details are out of this world.

They're super exlcusive to our Pre-loved plushies. So if you want to get your hands on one, you'll have to snag a Pre-loved plushie first!
