This summer has gone so fast and Ricebonbon is enjoying her last watermelon bites of the year! Print the template and follow the instructions below to learn how to make and play with this fun printable. Download your free template here and follow the instructions below to make your own counting seeds game! Step 1: You will need the two templates printed on nice thick white paper, a glue stick, a pair of scissors and a craft knife. Step 2: Cut out your Ricebonbon watermelon template.

Step 3: Cut out your dice template, make sure that you don't cut the tabs that you need to glue it together!

Step 4: On the number two, cut along the line using a craft knife, you will use this to close your box later!

Step 5: Fold each square along the edges, now apply glue along all the edges of the tabs (except for the one on number 6).

Step 6: Put your dice together by gluing it to make a square, now you can slot the last unglued tab into the 2 to close your dice! Step 7: Make some watermelon seeds using black paper and a hole puncher. Alternatively you can use some coffee beans, buttons or anything small and black!

Step 8: Now you can start playing... have your child roll the dice and count out the correct number of seeds to put on Ricebonbon's watermelon slice.

Step 9: You can even make two dice and learn to add using this game!
