Delivery Information
We ship within the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we can't take responsibility for undelivered parcels due to incorrect details. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or redirected. If you need your order sooner, please choose Express Delivery at checkout.
Please note: Due to a high number of orders, our warehouse team are taking around 3 working days to pack and prep parcels before shipping. Thank you for your patience with this.
UK Delivery
Free delivery: On orders over £60
Standard delivery: £2.50 to £4.50 (2-5 working days)Express delivery: £7.50 (1-2 working days)
Standard deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48 Service. Express deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked24, or other couriers like Parcel Force or DPD (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
If you need next-day delivery, select Express Delivery at checkout and place your order before 12:30 pm. Orders made on Fridays before 12:30 pm will arrive the following Monday.
Express Delivery isn’t available for certain UK locations, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Isle of Wight.
EU Delivery
Standard delivery: from €15.00 (5-10 working days)
Express delivery: from €30.00 (3-5 working days)
Express service is available to select countries only. For EU VAT and customs information, please refer to the "Taxes and Duties" section in the right column.
USA Delivery
Standard delivery: from $20
Standard delivery is shipped via Royal Mail and typically takes 7-15 working days.
The shipping cost includes all import taxes, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
Delivery to the Rest of the World
Standard delivery: from £12.50 (up to 10 working days)
Express delivery: from £45.00 (5-7 working days)
Express service is available to select countries only.

At Noodoll, we’re dedicated to minimising our environmental impact. That’s why we use minimal and, where possible, recycled packaging to pack your orders.
Pricing and Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Noodoll Limited reserves the right to change product prices and information without notice.
Taxes and Duties
All UK orders are inclusive of UK VAT. For international orders shipped outside the UK, VAT is not applicable and will not be charged, although the price remains the same.
For international orders, please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply. The recipient will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your Noodoll purchase, however if you have any concerns please email us at [email protected] with your order number. If you would like to return or exchange any item please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in perfect condition, with it's original packaging / tags. The return shipping and responsibility for the item are yours.
We can only accept return or exchanges on items purchased from our website Noodoll.com. If you purchased from one of our stockists please contact them directly.
When returning an item, please use a secure delivery method to ensure it arrives safely, and include your order number inside the package. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, but please note that delivery costs are non-refundable, unless exceptions apply.
