You bet! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey all the way to your door.

Contact us as soon as you can if you have a change of heart. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our very best to change or cancel it for you.

If you are not completely happy, you can return your order - unused, and in its original condition and packaging - within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Drop us a message via the Contact Us page with your order number, and we'll send you everything you need to return your item.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your return arriving back with us, to your original payment method.

We regret we can't accept returns on personalised items or gift cards, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Yes we can! Noodoll surgery can mend most noodoll friends. Get in touch with a photo of the little patient via the form on the Noodoll Surgery page, and the noodoll doctors will let you know how we can help

Repairs come with a small fee to cover materials and postage. We'll always confirm the cost with you before any surgery begins.

Most little patients are back home within a few weeks, depending on the repair needed and how busy the surgery is.

As any doctor will tell you: first do no harm. Appropriate pain killers will be administered so your noodoll won’t feel a thing.

Our noodoll friends are lovingly crafted from soft, durable polyester plush with hypoallergenic filling.

Noodolls are delicate creatures so a hand wash with cool water (maximum 30 degrees) and mild soap is best for them, followed by air drying. Please don’t put them in the washing machine or tumble dryer as they won’t be happy about that!

Noodolls are great with babies! Our plushies are tested to toy safety standards and are CE & EN71 (EU) and ASTM-963 (USA) certified, making them safe and suitable from birth. Check the label on each product for specific age recommendations.

We lovingly craft noodolls that last, so that they can be your friends to keep. Our commitment to sustainability means every plushie noodoll comes with a 10 year guarantee.

noodoll is a few things, so thanks for asking!

1. noodoll is our name. We are a family of designers and craftspeople who share a tiny obsession with style, sustainability and cuteness. Nice to meet you!
2. noodoll is also a part of our origin story…Back in 2009, our founder Yiying had an idea for a little friend in the form of a doll made out of the comforting rice and noodles from her childhood in Taiwan. Noodle + Doll = Noodoll! See what we did there? 
3. noodoll is also what we call all the super-soft plushies we lovingly design and make. They each have their own name (and personality!) but collectively we call them noodolls.

Our cuter-than-cute plushie noodolls are for everyone. We don’t put our noodolls in boxes (well, except when we send them off to you…) and we don’t put people in boxes either.

Very much so! Yiying is the head of the noo fam and remains the head designer and chief executive of Noodoll. She has welcomed like-minds into noodoll HQ and is proud to work with colleagues in London, her native Taiwan, and China, to bring noodoll friends to the world. Her love, care and teeny-tiny obsession with style, sustainabilty and cuteness are what guide noodoll today.

Ricetown - and its seven habitats - is where our noodolls are from. It is named in honour of the rice and noodles that first inspired our founder Yiying to sketch out a doll-like friend.
