Its Pancake Day! And that means its time to bake and (most importantly) eat some super scrumptious treats. Our friends at Iwona and Emily have got you covered with this delicious recipe – we think it looks so tasty!
We can’t wait to give it a go and start cooking and flipping our own pancakes – who says we have to wait until Tuesday? We love covering our pancakes in delicious sweet treats like strawberries, bananas and chocolate. Ricesweet is ready with the fruit toppings – let’s go!

1 cup of wheat flour
1 glass of milk
1/4 glass of water (preferably carbonated)
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil
1 spoon of sugar
1. Pour the flour into a bowl, add eggs, milk, water, sugar and salt
2. Mix into a smooth dough
3. Add melted butter or vegetable oil and mix together
4. Fry pancakes on a well-heated pan with a thin bottom, turning over (or performing a show-stopping flip) to ensure both sides are equally cooked
These pancakes can be served with any toppings that you fancy (jam, chocolate spread, whipped cream, maple syrup etc.)
