Posted 1 year ago by Noodoll

Polar bears Ricecube and Riceberg absolutely love everything to do with winter: ice, snow and especially Christmas! This week they have created a special DIY project for you to make your own Ricemonster Christmas wreath to decorate your front door!

Download your free template here and follow the simple steps below to make your own DIY Christmas wreath!

DIY Christmas wreath

Step 1: To complete this project you will need the printed templates on medium weight white paper, a pair of scissors, a piece of board, a glue stick, some string and a hole puncher.

Step 2: Start by cutting out all of the characters and leaves on the printed templates.

Step 3: Sort all of your items so that all the leaves are together and all the other items are in another pile.

Step 4: On your piece of board, draw two circles, one big one small. You can either use different sized bowls or a protractor. *

Step 5: Cut our your circles inside and outside to create the base for your wreath.

Step 6: Make a hole at the top of your cardboard base and slip through some string, you will need this to tie your wreath up so make sure that you have enough length.

Step 7: Now you can start gluing all your leaves, characters and other items onto your cardboard base to create your own original design!

Step 8: Now that you are done, you can simply hang it up on your front door!

* You can make your wreath any size you like, if you want a big wreath, simply print our more pages of the template. The template is made to us on a garland approximately 30m wide.

We hope that you enjoyed making this wintery Christmas garland. Let us know if you come up with any other fun garland designs! Don’t forget to share your DIY projects with us by tagging us on Instagram or Facebook with @ilovenoodoll!
