Ordering is quick and easy
The noodoll.com online shop is quick and easy-to-use. Simply add goodies to your shopping cart and follow the instructions presented during the checkout process.
Bear in mind that the colour of our items may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Also, since our toys and cushions are lovingly hand-finished by Noo-guardians in our London studio there may be slight variation in the appearance. All part of the charm!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, American Express via PaymentSense (a secured payment gateway) and Paypal.
Is it safe to shop with you online?
Yes! Your details are SSL encrypted during the shopping checkout process (that’s geek speak meaning they’re in safe hands).
Delivery and returns
We deliver worldwide and we also accept returns. Please go to delivery and returns to find out more.
Are your products safe?
Yes. Where appropriate, they meet the rigorous British Standards for safety and are CE-certified.
Can I wash my toys and gadget holder?
Yes, you can! Remove all tags and hooks first. Then, machine wash your little monsters on a cold cycle with similar colours and air dry. They’ll soon be shining and smiling again!
Repair service
If your Noodoll toys and cushions are the victims of a little bit too much love, we'll repair any split seams for free. All we ask is that you pay the postage. Send an email to shop@noodoll.com and the Noodoll doctor will attend to your friend.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, though it’s not currently an option in our checkout process. If you’d like your order to be gift wrapped, pop us an email at shop@noodoll.com for details.
Visit our studio
Our studio is not a shop but if you’d like to visit to pick up some Noodoll treats, make an appointment by emailing shop@noodoll.com and we’ll welcome you into our world.

We’re serious about our environmental impact. All products are manufactured responsibly with welfare and the environment in mind. Toys and cushions are hand-finished at our cosy Noodoll Studio in the UK and we also try our best to source eco-friendly materials for our products.
